Ingredients

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

  • 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese

  • Croutons, as many as you’d like

  • 4 pepperoncini peppers, chopped

  • 1/2 cup broccoli, chopped

  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled

  • 1 carrot, or chopped baby carrots, sliced

  • Lemon Parsley Dressing

Directions

  • Wash and chop/slice all ingredients.
  • Drown in the Lemon Parsley Dressing and enjoy!
