I live in the stunning mountains of Western North Carolina. I spent my summer breaks breakin’ beans and shuckin’ corn with my Nana while watching Young & the Restless. I was surrounded by a family of strong women who were always cooking for every gathering. It was common to gather around my Nana’s table, which I now have in our home, enjoying Southern staples.

I have an appreciation for rich Southern food that matches my passion for bright and bold flavors. I try to blend the two whenever I can. I am always being asked to share a recipe, so here we are! I’m so glad you’re here.
